Jackie’s Jammin Studios Performance Team includes both beginning and advanced dancers with the desire to entertain. Whether your little star just started wearing her first pair of Capezios or her fifth pair’s already worn out, Jammin Studios wants to put her in the spotlight.

By joining Jammin' G's or the Competition Team troupes, young dancers (boys and girls) gain experience and exposure in the art of performance. This can do wonders for their self-development, whether or not they pursue a career in entertainment.

Jammin' G's

Whether entertaining a large crowd or a small gathering, the young dancers in the Just Kids dance troupe always put their hearts and soles into each performance. Jammin' G's is an special group of students who represent Jackie’s Jammin Studios at the best events in the Tampa Bay area – and beyond – including:

• Walt Disney World
• Raymond James Stadium
• Children’s Gasparilla Parade
• Florida State Fair
• Strawberry Festival
• Santa Fest
• Carnivals, festivals and other events

First, dancers are asked to attend the annual audition in June, where Jammin Studios instructors hand-pick the best of the best from this group to be Jammin' G's dancers. Once selected, the dancers then train and practice for upcoming events.

By participating in Jammin' G's, children not only learn basic showmanship and stage presence (great confidence builders!), but they also develop discipline and character – traits they’ll carry for a lifetime.

Competition Team

Advanced dance skills and the drive to excel and win are the ingredients Jackie’s Jammin Studios seeks in members of our Competition Team. Boys and Girls who qualify have a unique opportunity to perfect their skills and compete against other studios from across the country and Canada.

When not competing, the team also performs locally. Recently they have performed for the mayor of Tampa and other local dignitaries at Raymond James Stadium and for in-demand shows at the legendary Columbia Restaurant.

Performing on the Competition Team provides lessons to last a lifetime. Students learn to value discipline and hard work as a means of self-improvement. They see firsthand how discipline enhances their skills and performance. Dancers learn how to work as a team, an important career strength. Students learn how to improve their stage presence and showmanship, further developing their personalities and self-confidence.
